  • Joni VanDykeJoni VanDyke

  • A native Nebraskan and graduate of UNL with a degree in home economics, Joni has been in the wedding business for over 10 years. After servicing brides in the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex from 1998 - 2008, Joni returned to Omaha to expand her business. From designing and sewing clothing in the 80's, to owning her flower shop in Keller, TX in the 90's, Joni has always been a driven entrepreneur. She has a love of art, and her favorite color is purple.


  • Molly PagelsMolly Pagels

  • Joni's oldest daughter. Born in Omaha but raised in TX, Molly grew up in her mother's flower shop. At age 8 she ran the cash register during the hectic sales of Valentine's Day. After graduating with a degree in business from Tarleton State University in TX, Molly moved to Denver and worked for Design Works by Dave and Mike. Molly has a Great Dane named Zena and loves Halloween.


  • Rachel PagelsRachel Pagels

  • Joni's youngest daughter, Rachel was born in Ft Worth TX. At age 13, she iced her first wedding cake and has had a love for food ever since. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Denver, CO with 2 degrees, one in culinary arts, and the other in food service management. At Arbor Hall she is known as Chef Rachel. In her free time she dotes on her 3 cats and has a fear of bugs.
